Online registrations are open from 16 March 2015 to 7 September 2015.

*Membership fees fully up to date (i.e., including 2015). Members can pay their annual membership fee together with the meeting registration (€ 50 for regular and €25 for junior).

**Graduate students under 32 years of age, with no permanent position at the University or other public or private institutions. To benefit from this discount, a confirmation must be provided by the direct supervisor (further details are available during the registration procedure).

The registration fee entitles participants to:

entry to all scientific sessions and poster viewing
all coffee breaks during the duration of the meeting
"Wine & Cheese" on 1 July, lunch and dinner at MBC Court on 2 July
congress kit

Payment

Upon registration, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you; this message contains, amongst other information, your reference code. Please do not process your payment without this reference code—thank you for your cooperation.

Accommodation

The Organisers recommend the following hotels for your stay, where preferential rates for SIBBM 2015 participants have been secured. In each case, the number of reduced-rate rooms is limited and the rule "first come, first served" applies.
